By accessing the bd11 platform or using any of its services you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform. These terms may be updated from time to time — for significant changes we will try to notify you via your registered mobile number or email, but the latest version on this page always applies.

These terms and conditions must be read together with bd11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines — the two documents together form the complete legal framework for the service.

Definitions and Applicability

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

"Platform" means the bd11 website, mobile application and all services within it.
"User" means any person who has registered for or accessed the platform.
"Account" means a user's individual registered profile.
"Bonus" means any promotional funds or benefits provided by bd11.
"Wagering requirement" means the condition that a specified amount must be bet a certain number of times before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply only to individuals aged 21 or above in Bangladesh. By registering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bd11 you must provide accurate and complete information. bd11 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account registered with false information. Each user may operate only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, bd11 may at any time request a copy of your national identity card or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the support team immediately. bd11 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd11 currently accepts bKash, Nagad and Rocket for deposits and withdrawals. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Funds are generally sent within 5–30 minutes of the request being made. Withdrawals are always processed via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

bd11 is not responsible for deposits made to the wrong number or via the wrong method. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before making a transaction. If a suspicious transaction is identified, bd11 may temporarily suspend the account for investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before the bonus funds can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they are not transferable.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
Betting with bonus funds may be restricted on certain games — the detailed terms of each offer will be stated separately.
Bonus funds cannot be cashed out before the wagering requirement is met.
If bonus abuse is suspected, bd11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

4.3 VIP Cashback

bd11's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier receives cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Cashback rates range from 0.3% to 1.2% depending on tier.

Games, Betting and Result Determination

5.1 Game Fairness

All slots, live casino and fishing games on bd11 are developed by licensed software studios and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The result of every round is completely independent and unbiased.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Technical Errors

If a game session cannot be completed due to a technical error, bd11 reserves the right to cancel the bets for that round and return the stake. If the connection is lost on the user's side due to a network interruption, the automated result of that round will be considered final.

5.3 Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football and other sports, the odds set for a given match apply to bets placed within the valid time window. If a match is abandoned or postponed, payment will be determined in accordance with bd11's standard sports rules. In a multi-bet, if any one selection fails the entire bet is lost.

5.4 Aviator and Crash Games

In Aviator and similar crash-style games, auto-cashout rules apply if you do not cash out manually or if the connection is lost before the crash — please read the instructions for the specific game.

Responsible Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Age Restriction

All bd11 services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors may not use this platform under any circumstances. Providing false information during age verification may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

6.2 Responsible Gaming

bd11 encourages its users to maintain healthy gaming habits. Be aware of the risks of excessive play and, if needed, use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available on the Responsible Gaming page.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using multiple accounts or a VPN to circumvent bonus terms.
Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
Conducting transactions under another user's identity or stealing personal information.
Using the platform for illegal money laundering.
Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Personal information is not sold to third parties. However, there may be an obligation to provide information in response to a lawful order from a legal authority.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

bd11 works to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party network outages. In such situations bd11 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Financial losses are possible when gaming or betting. bd11 does not control game outcomes — RNG-based results are entirely independent. Users bet at their own risk and are responsible for any losses.

bd11 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any game, service or bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Account Suspension and Closure Process

10.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may request account closure at any time. All applicable withdrawals from the available balance must be completed before the request is processed. Any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by bd11

In cases of breach of these terms, provision of false information, or suspicious activity, bd11 may suspend the account during the investigation period. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is an effective way to protect yourself from the harm of excessive gaming. This feature can be activated through the bd11 support team, and the account will be completely locked for the specified period.

Changes to Terms and Enforceability

bd11 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify you via your registered contact details; however, continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

Even if translations of these terms are available in other languages, the original Bengali version is the legally authoritative text.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable Bangladesh law, that part will be severed and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
